I was able to access my digital subscription once this year, but then started receiving error messages that there was an issue with my subscription and to contact customer service. I tried deleting and downloading the app again. I contacted customer service and they told me to delete the app, sign out of my Apple account on my iPad, sign back in, and then download the app. That wiped out the entire years worth of issue. What a waste of money. Ceramicists beware. Call CM before you purchase.

The wording about the subscriptions are very misleading. Clarity of what you purchased is confusing. CM you are losing subscriptions!
