Free sloppy borders download

These are good enough to print 5x7 dpi. Not that they are even that great anyways, I just thought it was interesting for whoever would like them.

What are the legalities on this sort of thing? Should I notify him of this so no one else uses his borders freely? Who knows, here is what i made with one of them: 1 2.

The legalities are Licensing is Licensing regardless of if the product is available in the open or not. I'm amazed that they are selling such crap though. Why does the border not extend into the image? Its just a perfect cut out for the image inside this "loose" border.
