Great staff, caring and loving. I Have a family member there, she loves it. Would recommend highly. When tragedy hit the facility the staff grouped together to fill the void a much loved staff member left behind for both the residents and their families as well as their loss. Team work up and above what would be called normal. Over a month has gone by and love and strength has and still is constant reminder of the facility and their staff commitment to all.

Everyone on their staff has gone above and beyond to help my mother-in-law mother-in-law comfortable. I am so impressed with the staff. The marketing director helped with every step of the process. From helping us to learn about Lakeside Vista to assisting with our billing. The nurse and her staff found solutions to so many of our problems. Helping my mother-in-law to understand her new med routine, suggesting an shower, bath options and assisting me with finding the right bed.

This is such a beautiful facility that offers different levels of care so that as your loved ones needs change they can change with these needs. The staff are very kind and attentive and there is wonderful communication between the staff and the residents and the families. I would have no problems suggesting this as a facility for your loved one. Mom has been there just a few days and I can see the smile returning to her face. Assisted livings arent easy to find. My mom has been here a couple of years and we have been very happy. My Mom says, everyone is so kind, referring to the staff. The home has scheduled activities and outings for the residents. They have a menu for residents, but are willing to give them substitute items, if the resident doesnt like what is being served. It is a great place! I love working here at LakeSide Vista! Mom has been there just 2 weeks and I can notice the difference in her.
She is laughing, joining in the activities and loves her room. She can sit in the Livingroom area and watch TV on a couch or just be with others. She eats in the kitchen area, just like home. Then retires to her room for a nap or the night. The staff are all very nice, which I didnt hear at the other place I had her. Management worked with me to get her in and made phone calls to get the information they needed. This has been a wonderful experience for both of us!
